The Nexus Alliance procurement services unit provides the following services on an international basis:
Procurement of all components required for the construction, operation & maintenance of process plants from a bolt to crane, from a fuse to a control system. We follow the procurement process through, from preparation of enquiry documents through bid evaluation, contact negotiationand the issuing of purchase orders and contracts.
Epediting & Inspection
Planning with experience of a wide range of software planning packages.
Cost management including assembly of historicalcost data into a suitable form for reporting & forecasting.
Documentation management.
The Project Support Services Group can call on the advice of Nexus Alliance's affiliates process & engineering group when required. With the back up of computing experience with Nexus Alliance , Client support requirements can be appropriately managed and reported to the client in the format specified and requested by the client.
