Nexus Alliance Limited is a 100% privately held Nigerian company founded in 1998 with capabilities in training, manpower supply and technology services for the Oil & Gas and process industry. NEXUS' current preference, at the Management Trainee level, is for young high-calibre graduates with a post-graduate degree or relevant professional qualification. Our ideal candidate should be hard-working, innovative and self - motivated. He/ She should also be a team player with good social skills and able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. The career opportunities at NEXUS are exceptional and are almost totally driven by the individual and his/her ability to achieve results.

Although our main focus has always been professional Training in the Oil and Gas Industry, as a fully licensed Company in Nigeria, there are many career opportunities available in the Oil and Gas Industry, reflecting the diversity inherent in our licence.

Your resume/curriculum vitae can be forwarded to NEXUS by submitting an application in person or by post/courier to any of our offices. Applications may also be submitted by E-mail. Our Human Resource Department looks at every application submitted and if, from your curriculum vitae, we are able to determine that you fall within the category of “potential candidates for employment” you will be invited for an interview.

Our recruitment process is totally interview-based and consists of both a written and oral interview. During the oral interview you have an opportunity to hold discussions with some members of our Senior Management team, which provides you with an opportunity to make an informed decision about our Company. Candidates for employment may be invited to return for further interviews over a period of time before a decision is taken on their suitability for employment.

After an offer has been made we recognize that you may want to have some time to consider the offer, ask further questions about the Company and the offer and ensure you have made the right choice in deciding to work for NEXUS.
